  I do believe that a honest review will help to improve the process. I bought a 2016 Sportsmen Travel trailer. The sales and administrative staff was excellent to deal with, and all the necessary paperwork got handled excellent. How ever, I was given a appointment on Friday 11 AM, for a orientation and pick-up. I called ahead on 10;50 to let them know that I am running 30 minutes late. When I got there the unit was Hooked up to power and water. All the systems got explained and tested.No battery in the smoke detector. It turned out that the electric water heater was not working and I cleaned out the dead bugs in the roof vents, cleaned out the kitchen drawers from anti freezing liquid while the tech was exchanging the heating element. It took 3 hours what was supposed to take 30 to 45 minutes.
  The pick-up appointment was set a week before. A system checklist would probably help to make sure all systems are checked and thoroughly cleaned and by the time the customer comes in everything is ready. There was no Dealer prep as explained and no detailing was performed. I am a Project Manager for a Environmental Company, I know leading people to perform takes time and training. But I am still responsible what happens on my site. I hope this will help you to fine tune your process. Sincerely Thomas BTW: I really like the unit.
